Edna's Gathering Room is an ideal setting for congregation of any kind. Whether you're hosting an intimate luncheon or annual stockholders' meeting, this space is the ideal wine country gathering place. This refined rustic space was once the home to the townsite blacksmith before becoming a cabinet maker's shop back in the day.

There is ample space for seating up to 20 guests, or hosting up to 30 standing, Edna's Gathering Room is perfect for VIP lunches, group lunches, small catered dinners, barbecue dinners, meetings and more. Church, civic, social, business and family groups have all enjoyed this quiet, intimate space.

A new farmhouse kitchen complete with serving counters and a wood burning stove add convenience and comfort for you and your guests. In some cases tables and chairs may be provided. Events may be privately catered or you can opt to pick up sandwiches and trays from the Sextant Deli, just steps away. Wine is also available onsite, via the Sextant Tasting Room. Onsite meal preparation is available with rental of the Suite Edna Guest Cottage.

This room, in conjuction with the adjacent Guest House, has been a favorite place for parents of Cal Poly students--they get a getaway stay at the Guest House, then can host lunches and dinner for their children and friends.

Edna's Gathering Room is an extension of the 1,200 Suite Edna Guest House. Depending on the nature of your event, Guest House rental may be required, and the Gathering Room would be a nominal additional fee. For those gatherings that require more room, the Townsite Grounds can accommodate indoor / outdoor gatherings up to 49 guests. Please call for details. There are stairs at this location, so please keep that in mind while planning your event.
